School Times
Morning Nursery 8:30am to 11:30am
Afternoon Nursery 12:30 noon to 3:30pm
Maynard Road (Reception - Year 2) 8:55am to 3:25pm
Addison Road (Years 3 - 6) 8:45am to 3:15pm
Classroom doors and school gates open 10 minutes before the start of the day.
Please note that at the start of the school day at Maynard Road we expect all our pupils to be accompanied by an adult or pupil of secondary school age to the classroom door.
At the end of the school day, all pupils in Nursery, Reception and in Years 1-4 must be collected by an adult or pupil of secondary school age. Pupils in Years 5 and 6 can walk home on their own if they have completed the form to give parental permission. A copy of this form can be obtained from the School Office or by emailing school@henrymaynard.waltham.sch.uk

School Uniform
Henry Maynard does not have a school uniform. The children are welcome to come in to school wearing suitable and comfortable clothes. The children do not wear accessories that can distract from learning. Footwear should be suitable for moving around on the playground.
Jewellery
The children should only wear small stud earrings or jewellery for religious reasons.
PE
On outdoor PE days, we encourage children to come in dressed appropriately (trainers/plimsolls, shorts/jogging bottoms, t-shirt and jumper without a hood.
For indoor PE children wear shorts and a t-shirt and trainers/plimsolls - the children keep this kit at school.
The children must tie any long hair up for all PE lessons.
It is expected that children have the correct kit for PE days.
