Enrichment opportunities are crucial to the journey that pupils at Henry Maynard undertake. Throughout their time here, we aim to ensure that pupils have opportunities to discover the world around them, provide exciting aspirations and spark interests in new areas.

We are looking forward to many more exciting experiences this year.

Last year we had some amazing enrichment opportunities for the children at Henry Maynard.

Reception visited Vestry house and Walthamstow Wetlands.

- Y1 visited Tower Bridge and also London zoo.

- Y2 visited Westminster Abbey, Royal Festival hall to see the London Philharmonic Orchestra.

- Y3 - visited Kew Gardens and the British Museum.

- Y4 visited the Science Museum as well as completing swimming lessons.

- Y5 went to London zoo as well as the beach.

- Y6 had an amazing residential at The Hive (Suntrap) as well as visiting RAF Hendon.

Forest School.

This year every child in our school will experience 6 weeks worth of forest school lessons in our outdoor classroom.

This is such a great opportunity and we are excited for all pupils to experience this.
