Senior Learning Mentor

Temporary , full time (maternity cover)

36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

From Scale 6, point 26

Salary from: £25242

We would like to recruit an enthusiastic senior learning mentor (maternity cover post) to join a very supportive team.

In the first instance you will be required to work within the Foundation Stage and year 1. All candidates should however be prepared to work across the Primary phase as required.

You will:

  • Have successful experience of mentoring within the primary phase;
  • Have successful experience of working with children and families with complex needs;
  • Be an approachable, caring and enthusiastic individual who is able to communicate effectively with young children and their families;
  • Have high expectations and drive to improve outcomes for our most vulnerable young children.
